I’m a first-time corset-wearer and was looking for a good starting point. I chose this corset for two reasons- my hubby and I both love pink and it was the least expensive ‘proper’ corset I could find. I have not been disappointed. It looks good in the photo, but it’s actually even nicer and beautifully designed and made. It also fits perfectly, sits comfortably and made me look and feel so incredible that I didn’t want to take it off! It’s absolutely true that steel boned corsets are so much more comfortable than those cheap basques you buy in underwear shops, although this seems counterintuitive. This particular corset is wonderful and I’m now planning my next corset purchase which will be an underbust one. It takes a bit of time, patience and upper body strength to lace it for the first time but it’s definitely worth it. Delivery was fast so no problem there either. My only suggestion would be to perhaps include a guide to putting on and lacing in the package but you can find these on YouTube like I did.

Fit great I did get this to wear under clothing.. I would recommend that you get one without the ruffles and bow as that does show under clothing.. I didn't really think about that. Great deal and quality.

For the price, this corset is unbeatable. No where can you find STEEL-BONED corsets of Playgirl's quality for Playgirl's price. I have a lot of experience with corsets from reenacting and costuming, and these corsets are professional quality and will truly reform your shape instead of just hugging your shape. My only complaint is that the busks can become difficult to latch because the metal used for the busk can bend rather easily, but if it gets bent out of shape then you can always bend it back into shape. Overall, a difficult busk is a small price to pay for how wonderful these corsets are.A suggestion to those who get these corsets, look up alternative ways of lacing corsets to maximize waist size reduction, because although their way is the most popular way, it isn't the best way.

Absolutely perfect in every way! It's nice and heavy so you know it's sturdy, and the laces in back are good quality. If you're looking for a curvelicious upper body, this is the piece! I can't imagine getting better quality, even spending hundreds of dollars. I don't usually write reviews, but this brought out my inner reviewer!!! The laces are quite long, so I crossed around the front before tying in back :)
